As a freelance designer and art director based in Bremen, Barcelona, and Berlin, I have been working for many years with agencies and clients from the fields of arts and culture, education and science, as well as business and services. My focus is on the development of visual identities – from the strategic concept phase through to visual design and cross-media implementation.
In a discovery and ideation phase preceding the design phase, I work collaboratively with stakeholders to first develop a shared understanding of the personality, target audience, and positioning of the company / organization, as well as the project’s scope and objectives. On this foundation, design, content, and communication can then be strategically developed and translated into tailored media, assets, and interactions.
Thanks to my network of experts in research, text, photography, illustration, 3D design, UX, and programming, I am able to cover all aspects of a comprehensive visual identity design process.
